Miller Knight were appointed to carry out the remedial Passive Fire Protection works at the Bede Park student accommodation scheme in Leicester.

Service provided:

• Full on site setup including Resident Liaison Officer and Site Management team.
• The sealing of all unprotected service penetrations / voids within communal areas in the building.
• The recording of all works carried out using Firetronic software.
• Redecoration / resinstatement works.
• Ensuring minimal disruption as students were studying for their exams at the time of the work.
