Refurbishment services
We have successfully delivered both small and large scale refurbishment schemes working with a wide range of clients and our extensive supply chain. To minimise the asset unavailability for the customer, our programme is often streamlined to be as efficient as possible and allow the Client to benefit from their refurbished asset as soon as possible.
Working within live, operational environments
A large portion of the refurbishment schemes we deliver are within live, occupied buildings (whether that be a residential apartment block, care home, office or production facility), where maintaining the function of the building whilst ensuring the safety of occupants is paramount. Excellent communication and planning with our clients is fundamental in minimising our disruption whilst we carry out the refurbishment works.
