Miller Knight were appointed to carry out the rectification of defective Passive Fire Protection to 158 occupied properties.
The works included floor and wall protection, redecoration works and inspection and replacement of missing cavity barriers. Full time Resident Liaison Services and Site Management were provided to aid with scheduling and programme management.
