Miller Knight were appointed to carry out the rectification of defective structural wall boarding and installation of passive fire protection to 15  residential blocks.

Following a building survey and FRA (Fire Risk Assessment), we were instructed to commence the works.  As the principal contractor on this project we have provided a full comprehensive service including resident decanting, removal of fitted kitchens and bathrooms, demolition of structural walls, removal of external wall linings and windows, removal of roof tiling, installation of new passive fire protection and full reinstatement and re-decoration.

Our appointed Resident Liaison Officer has remained on site throughout the duration of the works to assist with any queries raised by the residents.

The phased works commenced in October 2017 and are due to complete in late 2022.
