Altamar Apartments, Swansea

Miller Knight were appointed by Bellway Homes to carry out remedial Passive Fire Protection and
Fire Door upgrades at the Altamar apartment block in Swansea.

Service provided:

• Full on site setup including RLO (Resident Liaison Officer) and Site Management team, ensuring the effective management of all the necessary construction works.
• The sealing of all unprotected service penetrations / voids within main corridors.
• The replacement of none compliant apartment entrance door frames.
• The recording of all works carried out using Firetronic software.
