Miller Knight Commences Refurbishment of Phoenix House in Birkenhead

Miller Knight are pleased to announce that works have officially commenced this week on the Phoenix House Refurbishment scheme in Birkenhead for long-standing recovery charity, Phoenix Futures and delivered in partnership with cost consultants, Innes England.
The comprehensive refurbishment will see Miller Knight’s construction teams upgrade the existing facility both internally and externally. Planned works include the installation of new roof coverings, repairs and improvements to external brickwork, and the replacement of bathrooms, floor finishes, and decorations throughout the building. The scheme is designed to enhance the quality, comfort, and longevity of the facility, supporting Phoenix Futures in the vital services they provide to the local community.
