It’s Day 2 of #NAW2019 and we are looking at what we can Learn from having Apprentices in the workplace.
We asked David Dickson, our Managing Director, what he has learned through hiring an apprentice, and what learnings would he pass on to others considering it.
“I’ve learned that not everyone will make it, and for those who do, you will need to have shown a lot of patience throughout the process to have allowed them to grow and eventually thrive. I would pass on, from my experience, to have this patience; with your support and guidance, they will make it eventually.”
