Miller Knight secure new project for Buckingham Group

We are excited to announce that our team have secured the Intumescent Paint and Passive Fire Protection packages at the DIRFT III DC5 development in Northampton for Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd.

The 300m long distribution centre is the latest to be built at the site for Prologis, who have been actively developing the area for several years now, hosting giant logistical companies like DHL, Clipper Logistics plc, Arcadia Group Ltd, Tesco, Royal Mail and Sainsbury’s.

The success of Prologis RFI DIRFT scheme is primarily due to its optimum location for warehousing and logistics in the centre of Britain, with strategic rail and road connections to the M1 (adj to J18) and M6/A14 interchange.
