Miller Knight are delighted to announce the appointment of James Maughan as our new Contracts Manager overseeing our Intumescent Projects
James has a wealth of industry experience, having previously been employed as a Project Design Manager for Main Contractors such as Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd, BAM Construct UK, Interserve & Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd.
Having both extensive site delivery and construction management experience, working on schemes in excess of £50m in value, he is the ideal candidate to take our performance in this sector to the next level.
Commenting on the appointment, Managing Director David Dickson said “James is another really strong addition to the team. His knowledge and experience add another dimension to our ability to deliver large scale intumescent projects. He has the confidence to communicate with our clients on the correct levels as he understands first-hand the issues they face on a daily basis. However, he also appreciates what we need to deliver the project successfully from a quality and programme perspective. He fits perfectly into the mould of what we are to build here.”
