Miller Knight were appointed to carry out the structural and passive fire protection works at the Research & Development Facility at Nottingham University.

Procured via Major Works England and Northern Ireland, as part of the Scape Group National Construction framework, the new facility has created an effective hub of commercial activity within Nottingham’s Science Park.

Willmott Dixon worked together with Perfect Circle, a property, construction and infrastructure consultancy compromising of Pick Everard, Gleeds and AECOM. Construction of the new building has been part funded by the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).

The project includes a café, an 80-space car park and a conference space, allowing companies to host conferences and events whilst creating a central hub for networking across the entire site.
