Miller Knight were appointed to carry out the passive fire protection, and installation of cavity barriers and fire curtains at the Biomedical Research Facility, University of Warwick.

The £33m state-of-the-art research building on the University’s Gibbet Hill campus – which was built using a PMV pre cast concrete frame – will bring together up to 300 biomedical researchers to fight human diseases. The new building is 7000sq meters and will provide a 400-seat lecture theatre and a five-storey laboratory as well as various social and collaboration spaces.
