Miller Knight were appointed to carry out the passive fire protection works at the Bath Lane scheme in Leicester.

The scheme comprises 256 one bedroom and 128 two bedroom apartments within three towers that reach to 10, 14 and 16 storeys high. There is also a ground floor commercial unit, a two-level under croft car park and a shared outdoor space for residents, which has been created via a five, eight and nine-storey raised podium. Large floor to ceiling windows that bring a generous amount of light and stunning views to tenants are one of the key elements of the simple design.
